Updated transfig packages that fix one bug are now available for Red HatEnterprise Linux 6.

The transfig utility creates portable documents that can be printed in a widevariety of environments. The utility converts the FIG files produced by the Xfigeditor to other formats by creating a makefile that can translate the FIG filesand the figures in the PIC format into a specified LaTeX graphics language, forexample PostScript. This update fixes the following bug:* Prior to this update, the PostScript files generated by the transfig utilityincorrectly were reported to conform to the PostScript document structuringconventions (DSC). As a consequence, printing from the Xfig editor and printingthe PostScript files generated by transfig could result in blank pages. A patchthat improves the DSC conformance has been applied to address this bug, and theXfig drawings are printed as expected in the aforementioned cases. (BZ#858718)Users of transfig are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fixthis bug.
