Clinton, a potential 2016 Democratic presidential candidate, has not publicly said why she used the private account—firstname.lastname@example.org—for government affairs. But doing so raises security concerns and questions about whether the move was done to avoid disclosure of State Department communications under open records law.
A House committee is expected to issue subpoenas Wednesday about the issue.
