An updated cloud-init package that fixes a bug is now available for the Red HatCommon channel of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

The cloud-init package provides a set of init scripts for cloud instances. Cloudinstances need special scripts to run during initialization to retrieve andinstall ssh keys, and to let the user run various scripts. This update fixes the following bug:* A prior update incorrectly removed the cloud-init packages’ dependency on thepython-argparse package. Consequently, installing cloud-init did notautomatically install python-argparse, which caused cloud-init to terminateunexpectedly if python-argparse was not already installed. With this update,python-argparse is again specified as a dependency of cloud-init. As a result,cloud-init no longer crashes in the scenario described. (BZ#1184826)All users who want to use cloud-init should install this newly-released package.
