Updated libdfp packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements arenow available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

The libdfp packages contain the Decimal Floating Point C Library, which is forexample used for converting strings into decimal floating point numbers.The libdfp packages have been upgraded to upstream version 1.0.9, which providesa number of bug fixes and enhancements over the previous version. (BZ#1175356)Users of libdfp are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fixthese bugs and add these enhancements.
