Updated libvirt-python packages that fix one bug are now available for Red HatEnterprise Linux 7.

The libvirt-python packages contain a module that permits applications writtenin the Python programming language to use the interface supplied by the libvirtlibrary to use the virtualization capabilities of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. These packages were previously shipped within the libvirt packages. This update fixes the following bug:* The block copy operation has previously been adjusted to change the disk typeof the copied disk to “file”. However, using block copy for moving block-basedstorage thus converted the new target to an incorrect type. Consequently, if avirtual disk was backed by a block device rather than a file, libvirt did notreport the allocation information necessary to track a thin-provisioned volume. This update introduces a libvirt flag that makes it possible to specify that thetarget will be treated as a block device. As a result, users can now perform ablock copy to a block target correctly. (BZ#1196067)Users of libvirt-python are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, whichfix this bug.
