Thailand’s Ministry of Culture warned women this weekend that “underboob selfies”—the practice of taking a photo of the lower half of your breasts—are verboten.
The news was first published by local daily paper Thai Rath and then posted again in English on Thailand’s Culture Watch Office reportedly said that posting underboob selfies where they could be freely available online violates Thailand’s Computer Crimes Act of 2007.
Section 14 of Thailand’s Computer Crimes Act says that a person who uploads “any computer data of a pornographic nature that is publicly accessible” could face “imprisonment for not more than five years or a fine of not more than one hundred thousand baht or both.” (A fine of 100,000 baht is roughly $3,035.)
