An updated ovirt-node package that fixes various bugs and contains a number ofenhancements is now available.

The ovirt-node package provides the utilities and recipes used to create andconfigure the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor ISO image.Note: Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor is only available for theIntel 64 and AMD64 architectures with virtualization extensions.Users of the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor are advised to upgradeto this updated package, which corrects these issues and adds theseenhancements:* Previously, migrating parts of the old RHEV-H configuration to a newconfiguration format failed when upgrading from RHEV-H 6.5 on RHEV 3.4 to RHEV-H6.6 on RHEV 3.5. A code-level import has been fixed, and the relevant code pathworks, so the upgrade logic now works as expected. (BZ#1219808)* Previously, the word “release” was missing from the splash screen and the/etc/system-release file on Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor. Thishas now been added back to the splash screen and the /etc/system-release file.(BZ#1219809)* Previously, when calling ‘persist <filename>’, the call would not return aninformational message reporting the success or failure of the operation.Informational messages were added to the reworked ‘persist’ command, so that itwill now output a message stating its success or failure. (BZ#1219810)* Previously, the return validation of the upgrade script in Red Hat EnterpriseVirtualization Hypervisor was not accurate, causing the Red Hat EnterpriseVirtualization Manager to report that the RHEV-H upgrade occurred correctly evenwhen it failed. The error has now been fixed, and RHEV-M now shows the correctstatus of the RHEV-H upgrade. Note that this fix is included in Red HatEnterprise Virtualization Hypervisor 7.1 images only. (BZ#1219811)
