The back-end physicalstorage can consist of local disks, Fiber Channel, iSCSI, and/or NFS mountsattached to Compute nodes.
In addition, Block Storage supports volume backups, and snapshots for temporary save and restore operations. Programmatic managementis available through the Block Storage service’s API.This update addresses the following issues:* With this update, the scheduler now calculates reserved space against totalspace instead of against the remaining free space.
