Amy Schumer is among those at the top of the ladder among celebrity comedians.
She’s got a top-rated cable TV show with “Inside Amy Schumer,” a few movies on her resume and a growing presence in the debate over gun control.

And now, according to Intel Security, she not only is attracting her share of fans, but also the attention of hackers and cyber-criminals.
Schumer is at the top of this year’s list put out by Intel’s security business of the celebrities that generate the most dangerous results when searched online.

The McAfee Most Dangerous Celebrities study is in its 10th year, and Schumer has the dubious honor of being the first female comedian to take the top spot. “Consumers today remain fascinated with celebrity culture and go online to find the latest pop culture news,” said Gary Davis, chief consumer security evangelist at Intel Security. “With this craving for real-time information, many search and click without considering potential security risks.

Cyber-criminals know this and take advantage of this behavior by attempting to lead them to unsafe sites loaded with malware.” Here is a look at some of top celebrities on the list.
